Introduction
On the day exactly two years ago i wrote about my experiments with old LORAN-C equipment.
Against all expectations the article indeed was viewed by some people.
Long story short, my old bulky equipment now has moved to the

Where it will be taken care for and hopefully inspire students to experiment.
Also i got a request for the signal generator i had build.
As i needed it for other projects, i decided to construct a new generator for their needs.
The Generator
The LORAN-C generator is based on FPGA technology see Image below.
The original prototype for the board looked like this
Prototype boardWhile later a PCB that neatly fits on the DE0Nano development board was developped. For the project I used a PCB designed for a different project that easy could be adapted.
